ERECTION / INSTALLATION:
Mechanical erection, electrical installation, and turn-arounds and maintenance works: mechanical equipment, pipelines, steel structures, mechanical and electrical installations, insulation works, steel corrosion protection.
FABRICATION:
Himomontaža has in his activities also fabrication of permanent equipment. Quality made equipment is for the time being ordered by our suppliers but we are now preparing our own fabrication. We fabricate and supply:
- mechanical equipment
- tanks, vessels
- high pressure and industrial piping systems
- steel structures
- industrial transport facilities
DESIGNING:
Preparation of detail engineering drawings and as-built drawings, workshop drawings, stress analyses calculations, etc. For preparation of design documentation our engineers use program Pro/engineer CAD.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
- quality control prior, in process and after execution
- follow up of development and introduction of new welding and testing procedures
- in house training of manpower: welders, pipe fitters, testing specialists,...
- supervision of execution of welding works by EWE staff in acc.to EN 729-2
- non-destructive testing of welded joints (radiographic, ultrasound, penetrant dye)
- measuring and/or checking of pipe wall thickness
- surveying checks of executed erection works
- preparation of handing over documentation according to regulations and standards
