In HIMOMONTAŽA we are fully aware of the importance of quality therefore our most important long term objectives are continuous improvement of our services and products, close cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers, development of manpower, provision of resources and, above all, fulfilment of requirements of our clients.
The achievement of these objectives has been strengthened by obtaining, in the year 2001, the SIST ISO 9002: 1994.
After the change of this standard, we have adapted , in the year 2009, also to the new requirements of the SIST ISO 9001:2008.
We make every effort to maintain, improve and modify our quality assurance system in accordance with the requirements and expectations of our clients. We are aware that only satisfied clients are willing to approve the quality of our processes.

WELDING ACCORDING TO MOST DEMANDING PROCEDURES
We are carrying out welding works in compliance with the requirements of SIST EN ISO 3834-2 standard, which is sound basis for assurance of the quality of welding works. The respective certificate of fulfilment of the requirements as per said standard has been renewed by Himomontaza in the year 2010.
We are TÜV certificated for assembly and erection of steam boilers and pressure vessels according to European directive No. 97/23/EG; AD 2000 Merkblatt HP 0 in HP 100R/TRD 201.
We are also certificated by SLV Saarbrucken as steel structure manufacturer according to DIN 18800 - 7 : 2008 - 11, group E.

The welding procedures and respective specifications (WPS) are prepared by our own experts (IWE, IWS, IWT). In cooperation with specialized institutions, we have obtained more than 30 welding procedure qualifications (WPQR).
Mostly, the TIG/E (141/111) welding procedure is used for welding of piping on carbon, low alloy and high alloy steel.
In addition, we also carry out welding works applying the following welding procedures:
- MAG (135) procedure - carbon steel
- MIG (131) procedure - alloy steel and aluminium
- Flame (311) procedure - carbon and low-alloy steel
